Why Spiritual LIfe Mentor?  For many years watching others struggle with handling life  wondering,  did everyone else get a how to do life rule  book?!

Developing an  Empowering, Emotional Well-Being Programme with the intention of helping others be the best version of themselves seemed so obvious and is an  utter joy and privilege.

Carefully researched, sharing of personal experiences ,  liasing with lnfluential  Educators, Exceptional  Business people , Professional and non professional Orators and wonderful healer Sue Dabbs and a host of other wonderful people  - this has been an inspiration.

Sarah is  a certified life coach  with basic DBS clearance  for schools. 

An experienced schools' speaker and inspirational orator to small and medium groups as well as working informally with individuals.

Mentored for 5 years with Jenny Daisley OBE and Co Founder of Springboard a global Empowerment Programme operational  in over 45 countries.

• Many years as a CITB Personnel and Training coach.

• Successful Entrepreneurial achievements - including International Property portfolio.

• Creating a  powerful Psychology of Achievement programme to a Biotech firm - precipitating in it's sale to the global market.
